Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician

2+ Years of HVAC Service Experience | $30-$54/hour Based on Skill Level

PAY: Technician I: $30-$36/hour Technician II: $36-$42/hour Technician III: $44-$54/hour

BONUS OPPORTUNITY: Monthly performance incentives with the potential to earn up to $10,000 per year

SIGN-ON BONUS: Qualified candidates are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday | Flexible schedule/hours | Flexible on-call rotation

We are hiring Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with 2+ years of experience and have opportunities for technicians at multiple skill levels.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred
• EPA 608 certification
• Strong electrical and refrigeration fundamentals
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from wiring diagrams
• Ability to perform refrigerant diagnostics and calculate superheat and subcooling
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Strong documentation and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Desire to continue developing your technical knowledge

Additional experience with controls, VFDs, 3-phase electrical, hydronics, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers or large commercial equipment may qualify you for one of our higher technician levels.

NATE certification is preferred, but we provide support for technicians who want to earn additional certifications.
