Med Surg RN - Up to $15K Sign on Bonus!


HealthCare Support is seeking a Med Surg RN to join a leading acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL . This facility is recognized for its high-quality patient care, advanced stroke services, and strong clinical leadership.


In this role, you'll provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support diverse patient populations. Shift Options:

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days and Nights

Compensation Notes:

• $30 - $39/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• Up to $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus

Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg RN:

• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning
• Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care

Required Qualifications for Med Surg RN :

• Florida RN License (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year of RN
