Receptionist :

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented professional to join our team at the front desk.

At River Ridge Living Center, we pride ourselves on providing an upscale, gracious setting for our residents and patients. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Observe front-desk protocols for all visitors and guests
• Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Copying and filing
• Be familiar with established emergency procedures
• Keeping the reception area neat and ready for visitors
• Handle other administrative tasks
• Other tasks assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

• Strong Math and Computer skills
• Should have a pleasant phone manner
• Detail-oriented and very organized
• Must be able to work with a Team
• Dependable and willing to work
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
