Server - Di Edge Waterfront Bar & Kitchen - Freeport
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Process payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
- Uphold all restaurant service standards and policies
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
