ProCare Therapy is currently interviewing for three Paraprofessional / Aide / RBT positions in Red Bluff, California supporting TK–8th grade students with extensive needs. These roles offer the opportunity to work closely with students requiring academic, behavioral, and functional support in a structured school setting.
Position Details
- Position: Paraprofessional / Aide / RBT (3 openings)
- Location: Red Bluff, CA
- Caseload: TK–8th grade (split across 3 classrooms)
- Student Population: Extensive needs (academic, behavioral, functional support)
- ESY Dates: July 6, 2026 – July 17, 2026
- NSY Dates: August 3, 2026 – June 4, 2027
- Pay Rate: $22–$29 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and qualifications)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs
- Assist with classroom instruction and individualized student support
- Implement behavior support strategies under teacher direction
- Support daily living skills, including toileting and personal care as needed
- Work collaboratively with special education staff and related service providers
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Assist with data collection and student progress monitoring
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, 48 college units, or ParaPro/RBT certification required
- Willingness to support students with extensive needs, including personal care tasks
- Experience in school or special education settings preferred
- Strong patience, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain consistent and supportive in high-need environments
