An established law firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills, with an interest in handling a diverse range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.

• Draft and review motions, pleadings, contracts, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.

• Assist with depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate legal documentation.

• Communicate with clients and explain legal options clearly and professionally.

• Conduct statutory and procedural research and ensure compliance with court rules.

• Support attorneys with case strategy, litigation, and courtroom preparation.
  

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of diverse practice areas, including litigation, family, employment, immigration, personal injury, estate planning, and related fields .

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of litigation and court procedures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with legal research databases and case management software.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
