Ensures accurate handling of products while following safety procedures, company policies, and operational requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, pallet jack, or other industrial trucks) to move materials and products.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.Verify and maintain accurate inventory counts through proper handling and documentation.Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist with general warehouse or yard duties as needed.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma and 1-2 years' experience; certification preferred.Computer SkillsBasic computer or handheld device skills for inventory tracking and documentation.Physical DemandsAbility to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods; frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
