Located in beautiful Brainerd, Minnesota, this opportunity is situated in a picturesque lakes area just 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Brainerd Lakes area offers an outstanding quality of life with year-round outdoor activities including fishing, boating, camping, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and snowmobiling.
Facility:This medical center is a respected healthcare provider serving a regional population of approximately 115,000 residents. The facility offers comprehensive medical services with collaborative opportunities across a full continuum of neuromusculoskeletal specialists including Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and all medicine subspecialties.
Opportunity: BC/BE in Anesthesiology - Pain MedicineJoin an active outpatient Interventional Pain Management practice that includes both consultation clinic and interventional procedure clinic services. This position will be part of a two-physician team when hiring is complete, with potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Job Details:Evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for new and existing patients Identify specific conditions and patient needs to decrease pain and increase function Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural/facet injections Conduct advanced interventional pain techniques, spine RFA, and radiographic imaging Opportunity to perform EMGs if desired Collaborate with outpatient therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric, and musculoskeletal pain SCS, Ultrasound, and EMG expertise is a plus but not mandatory Work with a team of specialists dedicated to comprehensive pain management
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Compensation package of approximately $494,000 with potential for additional earnings through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
