Starting pay $8 hourly. This unique position includes a guest hotel room for lodging as part of your employment. You'll be on the overnight on-call schedule and must be able to respond to certain business needs during overnight hours, typically within 30 minutes of notification. On-call business needs include guest key or access issues, noise complaints, emergencies at the hotel, or limited after-hours check-ins. About the Role: The Night Service Representative Part Time responds to on-call business needs during overnight hours when the hotel lobby is closed and ensures services provided are consistent, courteous, and meet high standards of quality to maintain guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include attending to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergency maintenance issues, guest noise complaints, and safety and security situations; maintaining control of all hotel keys; performing limited guest check-ins/check-outs when necessary; and responding to emergency situations.
