Residential Manager II

Job Purpose:The Residential Manager II at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER will oversee the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to residents. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and employees.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support residential staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.Develop and implement programs and activities that promote the well-being and personal development of residents.Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain the facility's operations within financial constraints.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for residents.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the facility, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide opportunities for professional development.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations.Engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on progress and changes.Required Education:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Required Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential management role within a behavioral health setting.Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing a team of staff members.Proven track record of developing and implementing residential programs for individuals with behavioral health needs.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with community partners and agencies.Proficient in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in a residential setting.Ability to assess and address the needs of residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.LifeStream BenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision InsuranceShort Term DisabilityPension Plan403(b)PTO (Over 4 weeks your 1st year!)Flexible Work SchedulesTuition Reimbursement ProgramFree Telehealth ServicesAnd More!Important NoticeAs part of our hiring process and in compliance with Section 435.04, Florida Statutes, certain positions require a Level 2 background screening.
