Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of club staff, including bartenders, servers, security, and maintenance personnel. Ensure that all members and guests receive exceptional, personalized service in a luxurious environment. Manage member relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the club to maintain a high-end atmosphere. Monitor and manage club operations, including reservations, memberships, and event planning. Enforce club policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. Assist in training and developing staff to uphold service standards and professionalism. Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and member engagement activities. Handle member feedback and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction. Monitor financial transactions, billing, and inventory control related to club services. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, club management, or luxury service industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a club environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor.
