What This Role Really Looks Like
- You’ll be outdoors, meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and having real conversations.
- You’ll need to stay organized, follow a process, and manage your pipeline.
- You’ll face rejection — and you’ll need to bounce back quickly.
- You’ll be trained step-by-step, but you must be willing to learn and apply feedback.

What You’ll Do
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on damage, insurance, and restoration options
- Guide clients through the process with professionalism and clarity
- Work closely with production to ensure a smooth customer experience
