Job Overview Job Type: Per Required Need Location: Market - SS - TX - Odessa (travel up to 90 miles from home, average); Travel and mileage reimbursement paid. Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekdays only. Weekends not required, but may be available for assignments. Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training. Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts; maintain at least 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled due dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests, and conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure functionality. Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person teams, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members and contribute to team success as needed. Adhere to accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed; schedule/plan hours and locations may vary, including occasional weekends, early mornings, or holidays. Qualifications Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel/bend walk/crouch, reach overhead. Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and environments. Communication: effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clocking in/out, taking/uploading photos, downloading apps, internet connectivity. Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience preferred. Experience: installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: own Android or Apple device for photos/data upload; navigate communication platforms independently. Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment/shift/daily. Leadership & Communication: strong professional communication, presentation skills, sound decision making, judgment, problem‑solving; ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting. Training: complete all training assignments within designated timeframe. Flexibility: ability to work both independently and collaborate with team. Benefits $16.50 per hour.
