Position Summary ECMS Express Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. This position offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content creation, website management, social media, market research, and brand development within the international logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills who is eager to gain practical marketing experience while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in B2B marketing, digital communications, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company website content, including service pages, product information, landing pages, news articles, and other website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales sheets, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials. Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, product information, brand guidelines, and sales enablement materials. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including monitoring industry trends, customer insights, pricing strategies, and marketing activities. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), website content improvements, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and lead generation. Track website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Design teams to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives. Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities. Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini) to improve research efficiency, content creation, marketing productivity, and workflow automation. Perform other marketing, administrative, and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent writing, editing, research, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Creative, self‑motivated, and proactive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with social media management, digital content creation, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SEO, Google Analytics, website content management systems (CMS), or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) is preferred.
