Apply today!Job DescriptionThe Spent Fuel Handling Recapitalization Project (SFHP) is a major systems project (MSP) that will deliver critical spent fuel handling capabilities that support the US Navy. As Project Manager on the Project Execution team, you will be responsible for providing leadership in project controls for this complex multi-billion-dollar major systems project. Specifically, you will be responsible for providing proactive, actionable, and integrated project-controls solutions, focused on financial and workforce management. This role functions as a direct interface between the project controls team and key customers, including executive management, including regular communications with leadership and NR on project performance to plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for critical project deliverables, including budgetary deliverables.Required Combination of Knowledge and SkillBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.Preferred SkillsStrong teaming, leadership, and mentorship skills. Prior Project Management experienceStrong understanding of financial planning/ metricsDemonstrated leadership in project management or technical capacities.Excellent communication and engagement skills.
