Your responsibilities include: Drafting complex pleadings and discovery documents Managing extensive financial discovery, including tracing separate property funds and investment account analysis Systematically preparing attorneys for contested evidentiary hearings and final trials by creating trial binders, witness lists and exhibit summaries Coordinating with forensic accountants, appraisers and other expert witnesses Providing expert strategies and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 7+ years of family law experience in Texas; 10+ years preferred.
