Regional Operations Specialist

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market, with limited travel to support Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who is passionate about operations, training, process improvement, and supporting on-site teams. You’ll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and community teams to drive occupancy, improve operational performance, support training initiatives, and ensure company policies and procedures are executed consistently. Type Full-time. Schedule Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular travel throughout the region is required. Minimum Experience Two years of property management experience required. High Schol Diploma or GED required. ARM, CAM, or NALP designation preferred. What you'll do As the Regional Operations Specialist, you'll support communities across the region by helping drive occupancy, operational excellence, and team success.
