Available Full-Time Shifts Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay, Benefits and Perks (LPN) $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates Competitive pay based on experience Shift Differential Pay offered Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work (full-time only) 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees Up to $5,000 per year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing Chart Audits to provide clear and accurate resident notes Inventory Management Staffing Coordinator and creating schedules for the nursing staff The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assess and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Others duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience is preferred Valid LPN license Valid CPR certification Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff EEO Statement Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
