Systems Analyst

Senior Systems AnalystWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.This is an exciting role within the Workplace Investing (WI) Managed Accounts team, partnering. The team is a global, fast-paced, Agile team, looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who brings experience in business and systems analysis, and has a passion for teamwork and a deep interest in building a world class product that make lives better.The Expertise You Have5+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentationProven capacity to lead analysis of technology systems and/or technology process to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.Proven capacity to lead clarification and ‘translation’ of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matterLeadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.Bachelor’s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skillsPrior work in an Agile environmentSolid grasp of Fidelity’s unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferredThe Skills You BringOutstanding analytical skills and ability to lead distillation and translation of sophisticated customer needs into Agile stories with clear, substantial acceptance criteriaDemonstrated good interpersonal skills; highly compassionate emotional intelligence blended with analytical rigor and passion for technology.Ability to build reputation and influence across the firm and at all levels of management.Customer-obsessed with validated dedication to and success with delivering measurable business valueInnovative yet pragmatic – able to lead teams toward risk-taking with the highest likely marginal return.The Value You DeliverUnderstand the end-to-end associate experience and problems that require systems analysis to settle potential opportunities and problems to be solvedConfer with team and business partners to resolve problem and type of data to be processed for assigned project or work stream within a larger project.
