We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida . This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, develop technical expertise, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive firm culture. What You'll Do Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and nonprofits Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies for clients Work closely with partners and managers on complex tax engagements Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service Identify tax‑saving opportunities and provide proactive recommendations Mentor and review the work of junior staff members Assist with IRS and state tax notices, examinations, and correspondence Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA license or CPA candidate strongly preferred 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation Experience preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines during busy seasons What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off and holidays CPA support and continuing education opportunities Flexible work environment Clear path for career advancement and professional growth Collaborative team culture with direct access to firm leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
