Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling focused on fostering personal growth, improving emotional regulation, and managing crises effectively.

• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers, including physicians and psychologists, to create collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served at the Transformative Psychotherapy Center encompasses children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, trauma, and significant life transitions. You will work with clients navigating relationship issues, grief, and adjustment difficulties, providing them with the support and skills needed to overcome these obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Possession of a current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, supporting effective engagement with a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
