What We Are Looking For

Licensing: An active Texas Real Estate License is required.
Experience: At least 1 year of active real estate experience is highly preferred. We are looking for agents who know how to close.
Drive: A strong desire to succeed, build lasting client relationships, and maximize your earning potential.
Adaptability: A willingness to learn new real estate technology, adopt proven structures, and plug into the company’s lead-generation systems.
Location: Ability to commute to our Austin office (78759) for hybrid work.
