Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include advising buyers and sellers on residential real estate transactions, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through contracts, inspections, and closings. The role involves generating and managing leads, maintaining an active pipeline of clients, and conducting market research to provide accurate pricing and neighborhood insights. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams, use company tools and systems to track activities, and ensure a high level of customer service from first contact through post-closing follow-up. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe. Solid knowledge of Real Estate principles and Real Property regulations, including local Austin market trends. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based client relationships. Proven Sales experience and comfort with prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing transactions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and transactions concurrently. Proficiency with digital tools and real estate platforms (CRM systems, MLS, online marketing tools) is highly beneficial.
