Account Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Job Overview Account Operations Specialist II Location: Cox automotive specified site (no remote option). Work Shift: Day (no overtime). Compensation: Hourly base pay ranging from $24.09 to $36.11, varying by location and qualifications. Eligible for commission and incentive programs. Responsibilities Act as the primary account liaison, coordinating and executing account service level agreements. Serve as the main point of contact for auction vendors and clients, engaging to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders across all customer engagement stages. Resolve client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition or discrepancies, fostering positive relationships internally and externally. Coordinate vehicle sale run processes and maintain communication with auction departments to ensure proper inventory movement and timely completion of reconditioning services. Inspect vehicles in the sales lineup to ensure standards and quality, complete reconditioning estimates, approve services, and conduct condition report and imaging audits to reduce risk of policy loss. Educate clients on auction processes and recommend CAI products and services based on client needs. Demonstrate effective prioritization, professionalism, and prompt resolution of client issues. Maintain strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines for reconditioning services, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy per SLA guidelines. Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal business platforms. Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and participating in safety activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related experience, OR Any level degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED in a related discipline, OR 5 years of related experience Valid driver’s license; safe driving history required. Preferred: Experience in vehicle reconditioning or general auto body knowledge. Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions. Drug Testing Pre‑employment drug screening is required.
