Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will execute regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines and equipment according to established schedules. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery, conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of malfunctions, and collaborate with production teams to address any deviations from specifications and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines and equipment according to established schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
• Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of malfunctions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address any deviations from specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with production supervisors to prioritize and address critical issues affecting production.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and dates of service.
• Provide detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and recommendations for improvements.
• Identify and report any safety hazards and actively participate in safety meetings and training programs.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
