What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading operations and supporting your team while ensuring customers receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations and supporting employees
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Conducting quality inspections and maintaining service standards
• Working alongside your team when additional support is needed
• Managing supplies, inventory, and ordering
• Monitoring labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Communicating schedules, policies, and company updates
• Resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Leading team meetings and daily huddles
• Identifying employees with leadership potential
• Creating a positive, accountable, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record
• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Janitorial or facility services experience is a plus, but not required
