Technical Support Specialist

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST $60,000–$80,000/year iDRY Systems designs and builds innovative lumber drying equipment in Vermont for customers across North America and around the world. We’re looking for a smart, mechanically curious problem-solver to join our team. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, helping customers, and doing something different every day. WHAT YOU’LL DO Help customers troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Coordinate replacement parts and warranty support Order components and work with suppliers Handle parts fulfillment, inventory, and shipping Work closely with engineering, production, and sales Become an expert on iDRY equipment WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We care more about attitude, aptitude, and curiosity than a specific degree. You may be a great fit if you have experience with: Manufacturing or industrial equipment Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting Purchasing, inventory, shipping, or logistics Most importantly, you should enjoy solving problems, working with people, learning new things, and getting things done.
