Staff Pharmacist

Job Description

Innovative Pharmacy is seeking a pharmacist for our PA Pharmacy location. We are seeking highly-motivated individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

The shifts is 1 pm - 9 pm with a weekend and Holiday rotation.

The pharmacist's job duties are as follows:

- Enter orders into the pharmacy software system
- Verify the order entry of the pharmacy technicians
- Supervise the pharmacy technicians
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure an effective and efficient workflow throughout the pharmacy
- Answer telephone calls and provide high quality customer service to all consumers
- Dispense prescription medications and maintain accurate records of all prescription dispensed

Job Requirements:

- Valid and active PA license
- B.S. or PharmD
- At least 1 year experience as a licensed pharmacist. Experience in a long term care setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
