Women's Clinic Care Coordinator

Job Purpose As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Care Coordinator plays a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized non‑medical care to patients at Aspire Women’s Clinic. This role supports each client’s emotional, spiritual, and material well‑being by conducting intakes with abortion‑determined and abortion‑mindful patients, practicing active listening, and offering life‑affirming resources. Through both word and action, the Care Coordinator demonstrates the mercy and love of Jesus Christ, while collaborating with the clinical staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful patient experience. Key Responsibilities Provide crisis intervention and emotional support in an atmosphere of warmth, compassion, and respect. Conduct client intakes and assess needs, adjusting care based on each client’s situation and pace. Share accurate information about pregnancy options. Offer appropriate resources, referrals, and material assistance. Confidently and sensitively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ as an integrated component of patient care and support. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records. Provide follow‑up support according to clinic guidelines. Assist with additional clinic needs as required. Attend staff meetings and required training. Core Qualifications Committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Complies with all clinic policies and procedures. Maintains strict confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. Dependable, stable, and able to consistently follow through on commitments. Demonstrates compassion and a sincere desire to minister to individuals in distress. Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Understands interpersonal dynamics and can adapt to each client’s pace and needs. Familiar with Scripture related to the sanctity of life, forgiveness, and salvation. Basic computer proficiency.
