What youll be doing:

• Tackling service requests with efficiency and care
• Completing apartment turns/punch work to get homes move-in ready
• Handling general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Supporting pool operations
• Assisting with snow removal when needed

What you bring to the table:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience (required)
• HVAC certification (required)
• CPO certification (preferred)
• A strong work ethic and a true can-do mindset
• Customer-service focusyou know how to work with residents, not just units
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
