GQR – Recruitment Specialist – Healthcare Hybrid - In office 3 days a week Tues, Weds, Thurs 8a-6p W 14th St, New York, NY 10014 GQR is growing our high-performance contract recruitment team within our NYC Office . We’re hiring a recruiter to focus on placing acute care clinicians, including RN and Allied professionals, into short-term assignments at our hospital partners nationwide. This is a 180 recruiting role with total candidate ownership. Our Account Managers drive client relationships and job flow, so you can focus on what you do best: finding, closing, and redeploying top clinical talent. The Opportunity: Hunt, source, and engage high-quality acute care clinicians for short-term contracts Build deep pipelines of RNs and Allied professionals ready to move quickly Match, submit, and close candidates on open hospital roles across the U.S. Drive speed and volume throughout the recruitment cycle, including interviews, offers, and starts Partner closely with Account Managers to prioritize high-impact roles Create repeat business by building strong relationships and providing strong candidate experience What You Bring: 2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience, healthcare preferred Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence.
