This infrastructure enables physicians to practice at the top of their license while strengthening the patient–physician relationship through more personalized, data-driven care. Launching in Houston with two highly tenured physicians, Empower Health combines a modern clinical technology stack with high-value ancillary services designed to optimize diagnosis, treatment, and long-term health management. The model emphasizes evidence-based care, continuous learning through embedded clinical research, and integrated services that improve efficiency while reducing unnecessary utilization. The independent practice model is under unprecedented pressure. Consolidation, administrative burden, and misaligned incentives have eroded physician autonomy and compromised patient care. Empower Health is building the infrastructure to reverse that trend — starting in Houston with a physician-led, technology-enabled platform designed for rapid multi-site replication. Launching with two highly tenured internal medicine physicians and an established patient panel Multi-revenue model spanning E&M visits, ancillary services, remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and embedded clinical research Cash-flow positivity target of six months post-launch at site one Designed for scalable, multi-market expansion from day one Reimbursed through Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and major commercial insurers — reducing access barriers and accelerating adoption The Opportunity Empower Health is assembling an advisory board of domain experts across clinical, operational, technology, and financial disciplines to help sharpen market strategy, validate the care model, accelerate partnerships, and guide the company's expansion into a multi-site platform. This is a remote engagement requiring approximately 1–2 hours per month, with equity participation included. Advisory board members will have direct strategic influence on one of healthcare's most pressing challenges: building a scalable, physician-led care model that restores autonomy, improves outcomes, and creates durable value for patients, providers, and investors alike. Responsibilities Strategic Guidance & Market Positioning Provide high-level strategic counsel on commercialization strategy, market entry, competitive positioning, and growth prioritization. Help leadership identify and navigate key inflection points as the platform expands from a single site to a multi-market operation. Clinical & Operational Validation Draw on your domain expertise to evaluate and strengthen Empower Health's clinical model, care delivery infrastructure, and operational systems. Offer perspective on best practices, industry benchmarks, and scalable workflows that support both quality and efficiency. Partnership & Network Development Leverage your professional network and industry relationships to identify and facilitate strategic partnerships — including health systems, payer relationships, technology vendors, and physician recruiting pipelines. Scaling Strategy & Physician Recruitment Provide input on the organizational design, staffing models, and physician recruitment strategies necessary to scale responsibly while preserving clinical quality and culture. Help leadership build the infrastructure for sustainable, repeatable site expansion. Product & Service Development Offer domain insight to inform the ongoing development of Empower Health's service lines, technology stack, and ancillary offerings — ensuring that each element of the platform is designed around real clinical and operational needs. Ideal Candidate We are seeking senior healthcare professionals with broad experience across clinical, operational, technology, or financial domains. The ideal advisory board member brings: 10+ years of senior-level experience in healthcare — clinical practice, health system operations, digital health, healthcare finance, or adjacent fields A track record of strategic decision-making and organizational leadership Familiarity with independent practice models, value-based care, or healthcare innovation Genuine passion for restoring physician autonomy and improving patient outcomes Interest in early-stage company building and the opportunity to shape a platform from the ground up Professional network relevant to healthcare growth, partnerships, or capital We welcome professionals from all clinical specialties and functional backgrounds. The advisory board is intentionally diverse by design. Compensation & Capital Alignment Empower Health advisory board members receive equity participation aligned with their long-term strategic contribution. Select advisors may also have the opportunity to participate in the company's current Regulation D 506(c) offering at a minimum investment of $25,000, subject to accreditation requirements.
