Location: Salisbury, NC

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday -Saturdays when needed
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, high-energy assemblers to join our production team in Salisbury, NC. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will assemble high-quality wooden crates, skids, and custom pallets used for industrial shipping and storage.

This position features weekly production pay-

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden components to build custom pallets, crates, and skids according to spec sheets and cut lists.
• Safely operate pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, power saws, drills, and standard hand tools at a high production rate.
• Maintain a rapid manufacturing pace to maximize weekly production earnings while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Inspect finished wood products for defects, split lumber, or structural weaknesses.
• Load, unload, and stack lumber, materials, and finished products as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by following all safety protocols and equipment guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in industrial carpentry, assembly, woodworking, framing, or fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated safety and competence using pneumatic nail guns, circular/table saws, tape measures, and hand tools.
• Math & Measuring: Ability to read a standard tape measure accurately
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs consistently throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
• Drive & Pace: Motivated by performance goals and comfortable working at a fast pace to hit production incentives.
• Dependability: Strong attendance history and commitment to work designated 1st or 2nd shift schedules.
