Candidates living centrally in Miami-Dade will benefit from manageable commutes. Carpool coordination may be available for team members based in North Miami Beach. Responsibilities Chairside assistance across all phases of orthodontic treatment Bonding, archwire changes, appliance bonding, aligner attachment placement, etc. Keeping appointments on time and patients moving efficiently Requirements Minimum 5 years of orthodontic assisting experience — required Proficiency in bonding, wires, attachments, and full chairside treatment Basic dental English Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced ortho office Reliable, independent, and able to follow clinical direction without friction Professional, focused, and drama-free What We Offer $25–$30/hour based on experience 2–3 days/week with a predictable monthly schedule A high-functioning clinical environment where your skill is valued and respected How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your experience to View email address on click.appcast.io .
