Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our client, a leader in the medical industry, is hiring an AI Engineer to join their team in Dallas,TX!

*This is an FTE position!*

In this role, you’ll build and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to improve clinical, operational, and patient‑facing processes. You’ll translate solution designs into production‑ready tools by developing prompts, RAG pipelines, integrations, and clean, maintainable code that powers Smile Doctors’ daily AI operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents that use Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG pipelines to support clinical and operational workflows.
• Develop integrations connecting AI copilots with EHR/PMS systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and internal APIs.
• Implement automation using Power Automate and Python/C# to orchestrate AI‑enabled processes and ensure reliable production performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years coding in Python or C#, ideally in a regulated environment.
• 1+ year building LLM apps such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines.
• Azure + Power Platform experience including Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
