Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with an established restaurant group to fill a Director of Operations role overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations and guest experiences across several entities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants and at least 5+ years as a Director overseeing 4+ units with 75+ employees.
