STRIDE Fitness is opening soon in Southampton, PA, and we are looking for a competitive, high-energy Studio Manager to lead membership growth and build a winning sales culture from day one. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the entire sales engine, shape the team, and play a major role in launching a studio that will quickly become a go-to fitness destination in the community. In this role, you will drive revenue, develop your team, and create an environment where performance and energy are contagious. Responsibilities Drive membership sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize lead flow and conversion Monitor, track, and report sales KPIs with monthly performance reviews alongside the studio owner Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Advisors Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support sales team success Create a positive, high-energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results Build strong relationships with members and the local community to promote retention and referrals Implement follow-up systems to enhance member satisfaction and engagement Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute local outreach, community events, and partnerships Support the long-term financial health of the studio through intelligent, data-driven decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr STRIDE Fitness
