Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Richland Nursing and Rehab. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, upholding our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by maintaining open communication and providing assistance to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
