About the Role:
Join KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Greenbelt, MD, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to provide high-quality mental health care and support to our community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Facilitate crisis intervention and support services as needed.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.
Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with community resources.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current Maryland LCSW-C license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
Knowledge of community resources and support services.
