About the Role:
Join KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Greenbelt, MD, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and support services as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.
- Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with community resources.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current Maryland LCSW-C license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services.
