Pediatric LPN – Overnight NG‑Tube 1:1 Care (Sewaren, NJ)

Location: Sewaren, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for an infant male in Sewaren, NJ . This case requires an LPN who is experienced or comfortable with NG‑tube feeding and infant‑focused private duty care.

We have immediate openings for 8‑hour overnight shifts, 5 nights per week , offering a consistent schedule and strong support from our pediatric clinical leadership team. You’ll always have the guidance you need to feel confident and supported on the case.

• Provide overnight NG‑tube pediatric nursing care — Monitor the infant’s safety, manage NG‑tube feedings, and ensure comfort and stability throughout the night

• LPN: $35–$38/hr

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Experience with NG‑tube feeding preferred (training available)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

• Supportive pediatric clinical team

• Consistent overnight schedule

• Meaningful 1:1 infant care
