Material Handler – 1st Shift Location: [Fort Collins, CO] Pay: $18/hour Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift) About the Role We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. You will support daily warehouse and production operations by moving materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and store incoming materials Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load, unload, and move materials safely Maintain accurate inventory using internal systems (ERP) Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory trackingStage materials for production and shipping Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Report discrepancies or issues to the team What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn new systems and processes Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer skills (experience with ERP systems is a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Team player with strong attention to detail Nice to Have (Not Required) Previous warehouse or material handling experience Forklift or equipment experience Inventory or shipping/receiving background Why Join Us Steady 1st shift schedule Opportunity to learn and grow within the company Supportive team environment Hands‑on, active role Apply Today If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to get started, we’d love to hear from you!
