Bistro Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. Must have availability for mornings and evenings. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and menus. Duties Prepare and cook meals in accordance with approved menus and recipes Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with the Dietary department to ensure dietary restrictions and preferences are met Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies Adhere to all safety and health regulations Experience Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately If you are passionate about cooking, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
