Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and cost tracking to help improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly reports on production, labor, and waste
Analyze data to track efficiency, downtime, and performance trends
Support month-end reporting and budget vs. actual analysis
Review inventory and production variances
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Partner with operations and finance teams

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in business analysis or finance
Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
Strong Excel skills
ERP experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong communication skills
