Applications Systems Administrator

We’re seeking a Systems Analyst/Platform Administrator to serve as the primary platform specialist for assigned business systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable system solutions and partnering across Product, Technology, and business teams. This is a hybrid onsite role in the Milwaukee area that is contract to hire. What You’ll Do:Configure and administer enterprise platforms, workflows, business rules, permissions, and integrationsTranslate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into system configurations and testing activitiesSupport Agile delivery, enhancements, upgrades, releases, and go-live activitiesLead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, including defect managementTroubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify process improvementsManage data flows, APIs, environments, and production readinessCreate documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to build internal expertise and reduce vendor dependencyWhat You Bring:Experience administering, configuring, testing, or supporting enterprise platformsStrong Agile/Scrum and software implementation experienceKnowledge of APIs, integrations, Azure, Azure DevOps, and release/change managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFinancial services, lending, or loan origination experience is a plus!Why work on this project:Benefits includedContract to hireExpanding company!What We Do:NRC is committed to providing our consultants with a better experience.
