We deliver personalized care exactly where and when it’s needed most. Position Physical Therapist Location & Reporting Facility‑based; reports to Director of Rehabilitation. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols. Qualifications Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degrees earned outside of the U.S. evaluated as U.S. equivalent to a physical therapy degree. Compensation USD $42.00 - $50.00 per hour, with a $5,000 bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
