We value installers who are open to learning and improving their skills.The people who succeed here:* Show up on time and ready to work* Are willing to learn and improve their skills* Work well as part of a team* Take pride in quality work* Respect customers’ homes and property**What You'll Do**Install Techs work alongside experienced crew leaders to install windows and doors.Responsibilities include:* Preparing and protecting job sites* Assisting with the removal and installation of windows and doors* Supporting carpentry work, including shimming, flashing, insulation, caulking, and trim* Ensuring installations are level, square, plumb, and weather-tight* Staging materials and tools for efficient installation* Keeping job sites clean and organized* Working with the crew to complete installations safely and on schedule* Representing Woodland professionally when interacting with homeownersYou will be trained on Woodland’s installation standards and methods.**Pre-Employment Requirements**Woodland Windows & Doors maintains a drug-free workplace.
