We are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our Reception team. Duties and Responsibilities: The Receptionist will provide a broad spectrum of customer service under the supervision of the Receptionist Supervisor. Greet clients and guest Provide high level of customer service to all clients and guest Collect required information from guest for the visit Answer and direct phone calls Maintain and conduct contact lists of potential clients for follow-ups Ensure cleanliness of reception area Maintain Visitor Log Handle all front desk coordination with internal departments with client arrivals Receive and sort mail and deliveries Perform additional clerical duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Receptionist Supervisor.
