IT Project Manager with Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and PharmaAkkodis is seeking an IT Project Manager with Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and pharma project experience for a client located in Tarrytown NY area. Local candidates are needed as this is a hybrid onsite position from the start. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the implementation and associated processes for content creation, review & approval, and digital asset management needs within the Pharmaceutical industry on Commercial IT team. Specifically, this project will enhance our promotional materials management process by setting the foundation for the implementation of Modular Content.IT Project Manager with Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and Pharma exp - job responsibilities include:PM will work closely with product owners, business partners and solution delivery partner(s). Project standards and processes will be followed to ensure that a well governed and controlled implementation approach is adhered to and to ensure that anticipated business objectives will be realized.Will drive execution of a medium scale (multi-month) project to support the global marketing technology team in its efforts to ensure all claims, references, component assets, rights management & license files are populated in the company's content management platform in support of our end-end content creation process.Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artifactsDrive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goalsEstablish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals and value proposition are met in line with original estimatesOversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution of project tasksSchedule all relevant meetings, reviews, deliverables, and approvalsCreate and distribute detailed meeting minutes including discussion items, action items, next steps, and followup frequently through task and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decision) completionProvide project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, and work collaboratively with team members to qualify and resolve issues and risksMaintain accurate and timely updates of project health and status in our enterprise PPM toolCollaborate with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborative project deliveryRequired experience includes:8+ years of hands-on experience delivering commercial IT projects using either Agile or Waterfall-based delivery approachesPrevious pharmaceutical industry experience as an IT project manager supporting commercial sales, marketing and brand teams is desiredExperience working with branded products and relevant supporting technologies (Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Digital Asset Management platforms)Familiarity with end-end content creation process and digital asset management is idealA track record of high quality, successful, complex, on time and on budget delivery of projectsDemonstrated ability to collaborate with commercial business partnersDemonstrated ability to effectively organize and motivate cross functional teamsExperience commanding status meetings and effectively holding team members accountable for deliverables and timely escalation of blockersAbility to actively anticipate, track and plan for risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing and contingenciesA history of successfully managing multiple vendors engaged in project and vendor implemented packaged software
