Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients aged 21 to 90 years, assisting in their rehabilitation journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in the rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Assist with rehabilitation therapies as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license to practice in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or med-surg settings.
• Current BLS certification.
