At Fast Global Solutions, we are looking for a Machine Operator for our Day Shift in Falls City, Nebraska. The Machine Operator role includes a Sign-On Bonus of $1,000!
Day Shift: Monday Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will learn to operate equipment and assist experienced fabricator operators while developing valuable hands-on skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fabrication operators with machine setup, operation, and production tasks
- Learn to safely operate fabrication machinery and tools
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support team members as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic math and measuring skills a plus
